RETURN POLICY FOR TECHNOLOGY IOT ITEMS
Eligibility for Returns:
1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing e-commerce@attachedsolutions.com. Use the subject line "Return Requested" and include your purchase order number.
2. Shipping the Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
1. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, our team will inspect the units to ensure they are in new condition.
2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving and verifying the returned items. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
4. Condition Issues: If the returned units are not in new condition, they will be returned to the buyer. A service fee and shipping fee will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
